Have you heard of the Myers-Briggs Personality Test? This is a great way for employers to learn about their employees, but remember that you can’t sit your employees down at the boardroom seating and force them to take the test!
What you can do, as a manager and also as an employee, is learn about the different personality types within the test’s results and try and understand which people fit into which mould. It’s an interesting exercise and you’ll learn a lot about the different personality tests in general.
