These days, many people choose to work from home, rather than commuting into the office every day. This suits some people perfectly, whilst others don’t find it to live up to their expectations. It’s a personal choice!
What you need to be aware of however is how you're going to actually do your work in your home. Do you have space for a home office and an office desk? Do you have storage space? Is your Internet up to scratch?
Many people ask the question of whether it’s possible to work from home without actually installing a quality home office, and the answer really depends on the person.
It can be difficult to work without a desk and supportive chair. Home working springs to mind the idea of working in bed and not having to get dressed and whilst you can do that if you want to, you’re probably going to end up with severe backache as a result! You don’t necessarily need a full-on home office but some kind of supportive and comfortable space is a must-have.
What do you think? Do you believe you need a full home office in order to be productive?
