What Aspects of Office Design Attract New Talent?

You’re no doubt aware that office design is a constantly shifting beast, but if you want to attract the newest talent to your office, and take your business to the next level, what aspects do you need to incorporate?

Look at huge offices in the Apple and Google buildings as good examples. They have zones, chill out areas, canteens, restaurants, coffee shops, collaborative areas, and the latest office booths for everyone to do what they need to do in peace and quiet. 

Whilst you might not have the same budget as Apple or Google, that doesn’t mean you can use them as inspiration on a smaller level! Zones can easily be incorporated into an open plan office, simply using partitions, acoustic panels and other office furniture choices which create separations between various sections. Breakout areas can work hand in hand as collaborative spots, and you can have quieter areas too. 

If you want to use your meeting rooms for collaboration, how about a boardroom table with cable management, or think about boardroom flip top tables in addition?

Thinking outside the box and going creative and innovative will certainly help you to attract the biggest talent to your space.
