There are many buzz terms in the business world and sometimes it’s hard to know what they really mean.

This has nothing to do with impending marriages and everything to do with how committed an employee is to your business and the work they do. It all works very closely with morale, and the fact that employees aren’t simply waiting for Friday to come around.
