When you decide to redesign your office space, perhaps purchase some new sophisticated office furniture and spruce up the whole area, there are many things you need to think about.
Simply jumping in with any old fashionable trend isn’t going to cut the mustard – what if that trend doesn’t reflect who you are as a brand?

The problem is, when visitors come to your office and they know what your business is about, e.g. what you sell and what you offer, and then they see a decor and design which is totally left field, they’re going to be confused. Do you really know who you are? If you don’t know who you are, how are they supposed to be sure?

It might sound trivial, but it’s actually super-important in terms of brand identity and future growth. For instance, if your business is designing and selling children’s toys, you would probably go for a bright and quirky office design, with multipurpose office furniture which can be moved around. However, if your business is a tech start up, you might prefer to go for something sleek, perhaps glass, monochrome, and operator chairs which have a more futuristic look.

Brand identity is vital not only for customers to know what you’re about, but also for employees to really ‘get’ the brand too. They are the most important people in the whole equation, and they are the ones immersed into the brand on a daily basis. Creating an office which reflects everything your business is about will leave no room for misunderstanding or error.

Does your office space reflect your brand perfectly?
