  • How do I place an order?

    You can either email your order to [email protected] or call us on our Freephone number.

    The live chat function on our site is another way in which you can place an order.

    Online ordering is not available as we prefer to offer a friendly and helpful individual service for all our customers.
    Remember, we are always on hand to give advice and guidance.

  • What is the order process?

    Once you’ve placed an order we’ll then email you an order confirmation which needs signing and returning to us.

  • Is VAT included in your pricing?

    No. VAT is charged at the current rate of 20%.

  • Can you provide a site visit?

    Yes, in most cases. We just need an idea of what you’re looking to achieve with your space. Call us and we’ll see when we can book something in.

  • Can you provide free space planning without the need to come to site?

    Yes, we can supply detailed 2D & 3D designs to give you a great idea of how your office could look. All we need are the basic measurements as well as the position of any doors or windows etc.

  • Do you have other items that aren’t displayed on your website?

    Yes – we have an abundance of other ranges that are not shown on our website. If you don’t see anything that suits your needs on this site, we are sure to have what you want elsewhere. Just give us a call and tell us about the kind of furniture you need and we will create a bespoke presentation and send it straight to you. We’re sure we can help.

  • Do you have a brochure?

    Just tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll create a presentation tailored to your requirements. We can also send some hard copies or email PDF’s of specific ranges. We can usually send it out the same day.

  • Do you have any ranges available for Quick delivery?

    Take a look at our Express Delivery page. These items can usually be delivered within 5 working days and some are available for next day delivery.

  • What is your general lead time for Items outside of the express delivery page?

    Most orders are delivered within 2 – 3 weeks. If you are ordering executive furniture or items across a variety of ranges or styles, or need something completely bespoke, lead times can sometimes run into 4 - 6 weeks. We do everything within our power to speed up delivery. If you have a deadline to meet give us a call and we will see what we can do.

  • Is delivery and installation included?

    We can only really advise this at the point of your enquiry; it really depends on the size and make-up of the order. Any installation charge will also depend upon the location and floor that the furniture is to be placed.

  • When do you deliver?

    Most of or deliveries and installations take place during normal working hours, Mon-Fri, 8am-5.30pm. Weekend and out of hours deliveries/installations are also possible for an additional charge.

  • What is the difference between MFC and wood veneer?

    MFC is the material most office furniture is made from and is supplied with a tough bonded edge for strength and durability. MFC is easy to keep clean, hardwearing and each piece of furniture exactly matches any other - ideal for an open plan office environment.

    Wood veneer furniture is typically used in boardrooms, receptions and executive offices. We use crown cut wood veneers whose varying grain and figure emphasise the natural beauty and individuality of the wood. No two pieces of crown cut timber are the same although we do endeavour to keep variations within predetermined limits. Wood changes colour with age so should you add additional items at a later date there may be an initial colour mismatch that should even out over a period of time.

  • Am I restricted to the colours I see online?

    Not at all. There are many different finishes, veneers, textures and fabrics to choose from. Give us a call, tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll happily let you know all the options and send you some samples.

  • Can I see fabric and wood samples?

    Yes, just tell us what you like. We’ll send them to you the same day.

  • Can you send me an actual furniture sample?

    Just call us and give us an idea of the size of the order and we’ll see what we can do.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept BACS, cheque, credit and debit cards. We do not accept AMEX cards.

  • Do you offer a guarantee/warranty?

    Yes. Our products are normally covered by a minimum 5-year warranty - unless otherwise stated.

  • What are your opening hours?

    Monday – Friday, 8.30am - 6.15pm.
