From a single item of furniture to full office suites on multiple floors, the Calibre office furniture installation team are fully trained in the careful handling and professional fitting of all products for your office space.

As a well-known and well-respected office furniture installer, we can take on installation projects of all sizes and complexities. We think it’s important for careful attention to detail to be a top priority at every single stage of the process, from the loading and delivery of each piece to the positioning and fitting of all furniture.

We pride ourselves on providing a perfect finish, every time. Our commercial office furniture installation team take responsibility for absolutely everything, from the removal of waste to the guaranteed protection of property and premises during the installation. We even provide an experienced site supervisor to oversee the project and ensure that every element meets your high standards.

Installation Team

The size of the installation crew will vary depending on the extent of the works to be undertaken.
Names of all Calibre personnel to be on site can be made available to you prior to the start of the installation if applicable.

Delivery / Installation Programme

We will carefully load, protect and deliver the furniture to your delivery address on one of our dedicated vehicles. Once on site, we will carefully unpack and remove all cardboard and protective packaging for disposal after the installation in an environmentally friendly manner.

We will undertake to install and position all furniture in accordance with the approved plans.
Each piece of furniture will be levelled, dusted and inspected for any defects or damage. In the event of any damage or defect a snagging list will be produced for your approval. On completion you will be required to sign off all works.

Site Supervisor

Calibre will supply a site supervisor to oversee and coordinate larger projects. It will be the responsibility of the supervisor to liaise with you to define a detailed programme, attending all meetings deemed necessary to achieve a successful project.

Removal of Waste

We will remove and dispose of all packaging in an environmentally friendly manner and ensure the site is clean prior to departure. This is not a service offered by every office furniture installation company, but we think it’s crucial.
