Do you think you’re a good listener? Of course you do, but do you know how to really listen?

Listening is about more than hearing the words spoken to you around the modern conference tables. Listening is about reading between the lines, it’s about pushing the conversation a little further, reading body language, and listening to tone and speed of voice. Learning how to listen properly can open up a huge range of opportunities and can greatly improve your relationships in your home and working life, at your office desks.

It is thought that introverts are naturally good listeners and therefore make good managers, but what makes up the elements of listening? Check out this video for a good explanation.
