- Everything is done online – Literally everything is done via a computer these days, which is another communication issue for managers to deal with
- Resistance to change – You may have many employees who have been sitting in their designer office chairs working for you for many years, and whilst things are now starting to change, they may be resistant to it. This can cause headaches!
- Constant changes in office design – If you want to get the best out of your employees, you need to choose the right luxury office seating and overall office design to boost productivity. This can be a difficult decision, and an expensive one too
